  2.         This is an example of a bulletin.  Your system operator will
  3.         include important information for you in these bulletins.
  4.         The Qmail Door will only send you bulletins if they have been
  5.         updated since you received your last mail packet.

  9.         We are about to guide you through a demonstration of your new
  10.         Qmail DeLuxe² reader.  If you have any problems figuring out
  11.         what to do inside the reader you can press your [ALT] key on
  12.         your keyboard and hold down the [H] key at the same time. The
  13.         reader will show you the commands available to you.
  14.  
  15.         You can also print the help information on your printer by
  16.         pressing the [P] key on your keyboard when you are reading
  17.         help.

  19.         Remember that Qmail DeLuxe² always shows you what you need to
  20.         do on your screen.  Always look at your screen for help FIRST.

  22.         Press the [ESC] key on your keyboard to return back to the
  23.         bulletins menu.
